Fighting for Better Fire and Emergency Services Across Tennessee

As a longtime Tennessee resident, I know we can do better. I formerly worked in public safety in Tennessee, yet I have trained and familiarized myself with other agencies and departments in other states. I had the privalege to work alongside some great departments within communities that cared and supported their heroes.

Sadly, I recognized the lack of resources, support, and recognition emergency services face in Tennessee. Since high school, I have taken a personal issue to this, and eventually, I was concerned enough to become more proactive in raising awareness. There are no incentives or profitable gains for me to advocate for better emergency services. I feel this is long-overdue, and I am passionate enough to push for reforms and for all emergency services to be recognized as an integral function of public safety.
